Detached 2 bedroom villa, very spacious,clean, modern and well equipped, peaceful location, not overlooked,lovely community pool at the back of the villa, lots of space to sunbathe or sit in a shady spot, lovely terrace at the front looking over towards Guardamar and sea glimpses, covered off road parking for 1 car, plenty of parking on the road.
The lounge has ample seating, LCD TV with UK,German and Spanish channels, DVD player with lots of films, dining area with table and chairs.
Kitchen is fully fitted, with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and everything else you will need.
Large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, LCD TV with UK channels.
Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, TV.
Bathroom, full size bath with shower over.
All the windows have mosquito nets and are double glazed.
Great views towards the mountains at the back of the villa.
Outside table and chairs with sun parasol and 4 sun beds.
